Student self service

As a TAFE Queensland SkillsTech student, you have access to a Student Self-Service website which allows you to:

  • maintain your personal details
  • record your Unique Student Identifier (USI)
  • view your academic information
  • view your records of results
  • enrol into a program (where online enrolment is available)
  • make a payment (Visa and Mastercard only)
  • access online learning through Connect

How do I register?

When you enrol for the first time in a TAFE Queensland program, you are automatically registered for Student Self-Service. You will then receive an email containing your User ID which is your 10 digital student number (you may need to check your junk or spam folders). To finalise your registration, you will need to set your password. For more information on this process see the Student Self Service guide (PDF, 302KB).

How do I log on?

Student Self-Service and our online learning management system, Connect, share the same password.  Once you have finalised your Student Self-Service registration, you can log on to Student Self-Service and/or Connect via the following:

  1. Visit the Student Self-Service log on page
  2. Visit the Online Services page

How do I change my password?

Your password is managed by TAFE Queensland's Password Manager. To change your password visit the Password Manager page.
